  My first experience with this company was that they were very rude and unprofessional. I called to get insurance and I was new to the area and I was treated with disrespect and told to call back. I also was told later by many of my business associates that I should be glad because this is the worse insurance company in the area. They do not support you when insurance problems arise and they just want to get your money. I was also told that they show up to your home unannounced. No thanks!! Please get insurance elsewhere.

  Andy, my nephew and myself signed up for a fishing adventure. Jesse showed us a couple of places on the lake that we had not been. Getting out into the kayaks was a new experience for Andy and myself and we enjoyed being on the water powering our own kayaks. We raced across the cove getting back to the boat and although Jesse won, Andy gave him a good race. I look forward to the next time we can go out. Thanks Jesse for a fun day on the water.

  I live in Pinehurst but work in Mt. Gilead. In the 19 years I have lived down here I have only banked with BB&T, and at this location. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable and have gone over and above each and every time I have had any issues; lost card, mortgage, stolen identity, etc. The folks at this branch went straight to work and set things right. I cannot say enough about the great experience I've had with BB&T.

  I had a awesome time fishing out on Lake Tilley. Jesse is a very knowledgeable guide and the kayaks take fishing into places I probably could have never gotten to by boat! If you love being out on the lake this is something you need to try!
